In the event you purchase a subscription for OiSigma's software, subject to these Terms, oisigma grants you a limited, royalty-bearing, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its software and any related documentation solely for one individual user account and only for educational, non-commercial purposes.
You may not sublicense, resell, rent, export, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the software, nor may you modify or create derivative works based on it. You may not use any oisigma software or content in connection with any product or service that competes with or replaces oisigma's offerings.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the software and all associated intellectual property, including any upgrades or updates (regardless of whether suggested or implemented by you), remain exclusively with oisigma. If you acquire any rights in such materials by operation of law or otherwise, you agree to assign those rights to oisigma and to take all necessary steps to effectuate such assignment.
While oisigma does not have any affiliation with TradingView, Inc. (“TradingView”), oisigma products are intended to be used on the TradingView’s website, www.tradingview.com (‘TradingView Website”). In the event you purchase a license to use any oisigma product, in addition to agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to comply with the TradingView Website Terms of (“TV Terms”). In the event you do not comply with any provision of these Terms or the TV Terms, Oisigma reserves the right to immediately terminate any license you obtained to any oisigma product.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access.
By continuing your subscription into a renewal term without cancellation, you acknowledge and accept any updated Subscription Fees posted on the Website. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Subscription Fees are non-refundable. It is the user's responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions prior to their renewal. Continued use of the service after the renewal date constitutes acceptance of the renewed term.
The Website may contain links to third party sites (“Linked Sites”). Access to Linked Sites is at the user's own risk and oisigma is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements made on the Linked Sites. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Dubai International Financial Centre, UAE. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that provision of these Terms shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
These Terms shall remain in effect while you use the Website or any Service. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms, oisigma reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the Website and services (including blocking certain IP addresses) to any person for any reason or no reason at all. Upon termination or expiration of your license, you must cease all use of the licensed software and destroy all copies in your possession or control. You agree to certify compliance upon request.
If you acquire any rights in or to the licensed software (including updates or upgrades), you agree to assign and hereby assign such rights to oisigma and shall execute documents as necessary to perfect such assignment.
